Lock in your Date
Once you've selected your ideal date & paid for your session, I'll send through a questionnaire so I can begin planning how to approach your session as well as learning a little more about you.

Planning the Shoot
I'll be here to help every step of the way, once you've completed your questionnaire I'll send through an outfit and style guide, my Ultimate Engagement Planning Guide, as well as some suggested locations based on the answers given in your questionnaire. Of course you are welcome to choose your own location too!

The Shoot Day
Picture your shoot as a date or your own little adventure with me tagging along to capture it all. Let's have some fun with this, we will have 1-1.5 hours (depending on your package) to capture everything so feel free to plan an activity, an outfit change or bring some props (champagne spray, anyone?)

Sneak Peaks &
Gallery Delivery
Congrats you newly engaged love-birds! I'll deliver some sneak peaks to you within 24-48 hours for posting on socials and the rest of your gallery will be ready within 2-4 weeks.
Your photos will be delivered in an online gallery format with the ability to share with friends, download images in both high resolution printing and web-friendly sizes for social media, as well as order prints directly from your gallery.

My specialty when it comes to your photography experience is as follows, and you can expect a standard of excellence, communication, and cooperation.
Q. When should engagement photos be taken?
If you are planning to use the photos for your save the date cards or your wedding website, then booking your engagement session 6-9 months prior to your wedding is ideal.
Q. What is the difference between an engagement shoot and proposal photos?
Proposal photos are spontaneous and capture the surprise moment, while engagement photos are generally planned and styled and capture the couple's personality.
Q. What is the best colour to wear for engagement photos?
Choose colours which will either complement the environment around you or completely contrast with it. Consider each other and wear outfits that complement each other, but not match.
Q. How will my photos be delivered?
Your photos will be delivered in .jpg format in two batches: within 48 hours of your session you will receive a handful of sneak peak photos. After 2-4 weeks you will receive your full wedding gallery via Pixieset, an online wedding gallery hosting service with countless incredible features.
Q. How many photos will I receive?
I will always provide a large selection of the best images from your session. I will generally supply 50-100 photos per hour of coverage, so for a 45 min session that's roughly 40-75 photos, and for a 90 min session that's 75-150 photos.
Your sneak peaks will be approximately 20 images.
Q. Should I get my hair and make up done for my engagement photoshoot?
An engagement photoshoot is the perfect opportunity to make use of your bridal hair and make up trials! Trial how you will wear your hair and your make up on the day and test out how it holds but also how it photographs.
